KNOWLEDGE ASSETS |
Part of an organization’s intangible assetsthat relate specifically to knowledge such as advanced skills, good practices, intellectual property. It enable an organization to understand the value of its existing knowledge; to locate Knowledge Stewards (employee expert in the tools, practices and methods of knowledge management); identify gaps, barriers, and knowledge sharing opportunities. It is the intellectual content of an organization. Knowledge assets are divided into human, structural, and technological knowledge.
