Component of the intellectual capital that refers to a company’s collective sum of the attributes, life experience, knowledge, inventiveness, energy, and enthusiasm that its people choose to invest in their work. It is represented by the set of skills that each employee acquires on the job through training and experience, and which increases that employee’s value in the organization.
