ADVANCED SKILLS |
Also called know-how, it is the ability to apply the rules of a discipline to complex real-word problems. It is forward looking and predictive and reflects the ability of a person or an organization to act and achieve goals. It is a kind of practical knowledge (about the execution of an action) that translates "book learning" into effective execution.[1] |
