Large area of expertise aiming at producing changes in organizations for positive growth. Organizational Development generally encompasses activities such as overviews, interviews, analyses and any other assessment required to determine the overall organization structure and function, including all the inter-dependent parts and how they function together. Organizational Development may also include actions in the following areas: Team-building, Career development, Training, Coaching, Innovation, Leadership development, Talent management, and Change management. The aim of Organizational Development is to foster the internal capacity of an organization to provide its mission work most efficiently and effectively and to sustain itself over the long term. Organizational Development intends to adapt the organization to new technologies, markets, and challenges and involves system improvement, planning, and organizational reflection. It is the mother field that encompasses organizational learning.[1]
