Dimensions are used to assess learner teamwork skills on a performance assessment and include 6 stages: 1- adaptability (recognizing problems and responding appropriately) 2- coordination (organizing team activities to complete a task on time) 3- decision making (using available information to make decisions) 4- interpersonal skills (interacting cooperatively with other team members) 5- leadership (providing direction for the team) 6- communication (clearly and accurately exchanging information between team members).
