| Web based application used for generating reports and facilitate follow-ups. This database tool allows different team members to route, monitor and track-report activities and problems, which enhance productivity and performance. It can be customized to suit the requirements of any kind of organization, and can be done online by users themselves. The application is knowledge based, and gives the facility to send automatic e-mail notification and to attach files with each reported problem. The reports are based on the status of problems and priorities and allow the various teams to plan their tasks accordingly. [1] |
