| Web based application used for generating reports and facilitating follow-ups. This database tool allows different team members to route, monitor and track-report activities and problems, which enhance productivity and performance. It can be customized to suit the requirements of any kind of organization, and can be done online by users themselves. The application is knowledge based, and allows for sending automatic e-mail notification and attaching files with each reported problem. The reports are based on the status of problems and priorities and allow the various teams to plan their tasks accordingly. [1] |
