Also called care-why consists of will, motivation, and adaptability for success. Highly motivated and creative groups often ouperform groups with greater physical or financial resources. Without self-motivated creativity, intellectual leaders can lose their knowledge advantage through complacency. Organizations that nurture care-why in their people can simutaneously thrive in the face of today's rapid changes and reniew their cognitive knowledge, advanced skills, and systems understanding in order to compete in the next wave od advances.[1] |
