Any recognized accomplishment. The term refers to the act of accomplishing a task or an action undertaken by an individual, a team, or an organization. The extent to which a programme or project consistently delivers measurable outcomes that conform to stated objectives in a timely and effective fashion and as evaluated in accordance with pre-defined criteria and standards.[9]
