INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL |
Capital that contain the structure of the organization and the knowledge of employees, data and information about processes, experts, products, customers and competitors, and intellectual property such as patents or regulatory licenses. It is a subset of intangible assets that includes human capital, structural capital and customer capital of the organization.[1] |
