RECOMMENDATION |
In evaluation, recommendations play a crucial role as they provide the leverage to obtain concrete action for improvements or change of direction in a programme or project.[1] Recommendations must be substantiated by findings of an evaluation, linked to conclusions and ideally include the parties responsible for implementing the recommended actions.[2] |
