KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER |
Process by which knowledge is passed from one person to others. It needs to consider suitable pedagogy and involves group of common interest in specific learning areas. Like knowledge management, knowledge transfer seeks to organize, create, capture or distribute knowledge and ensure its availability for future users. In practice, it uses mentoring, coaching, communities of practice, emails, and others tools to transfer knowledge. [1] |
