Ability to capture, manage, index and distribute knowledge and information in diverse formats across various applications and types of outputs. It requires a set of rules, roles, and processes to manage the content life cycle through origination, publication, updating, publishing, and archiving delivery and expiry in such a way that quality information can be easily accessible and retrieved. In knowledge management, it refers to computer-based information such as the content of a website, intranet, extranet or database.[1] |
