Focuses on the activities and events during the performance of a programme or project. It focuses on how a programme or project is implemented and operates; identifies the procedures used and the decisions made in developing the programme or project; describes how the programme or project operates, the functions it carries out and the services it delivers. By documenting the programme or project's development and operation, process evaluation helps to establish the reasons for successful or unsuccessful performance and provides information for potential programme or project improvement.[1]
