Term2.png PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
A quantitative or qualitative variable that allows the verification of changes produced by a programme or project relative to what was planned. For example, if a training programme seeks to improve negotiation skills, a performance indicator would be the proportion of participants who feel they have the confidence to conduct a negotiation more effectively.[1]
