LOGICAL FRAMEWORK APPROACH |
Unlike the logical framework (logframe) which in its simplest form is a document, the logical framework approach is a programme or project design methodology. It entails a "participatory process to clarify outcomes, outputs, activities and inputs, their casual relationships, the indicators with which to gauge/measure progress towards results, and the assumptions and risks that may influence success and failure of the intervention. It offers a structured logical approach toto setting priorities and building consensus around intended results of a programme together with stakeholders.[1] |
