Term2.png GENERIC SKILL
Refers to any kind of skill, employability, or life-skill which is not specific to work in a particular occupation or situation, but is important for work, education and life generally. It is generally supposed to contribute to lifelong learning. It can change over time and will vary with different priorities but generally encompasses the following elements: reading, writing and arithmetic; listening, speaking, and thinking; time and project management; information skills; design and presentation; problem identification, definition and solving; personal knowledge.
