Person who affects human behavior so as to accomplish a mission.
Person who influences a group of people to move towards its goal setting or goal achievement.
In an organization or learning environment the leader focuses on the human potential of the group, his/her aim being to make the most of it. The leader brings people acting according to the organization’s best interests: he/she motivates, persuades and empowers the other persons. The term is associated with leadership, that deals with the human aspects of the organization. [1]
