Process Mapping

Exercise that shows the activities performed in a certain process and demonstrates where it begins and ends. Once completed it helps identifying activities that do not add value to the process and that are the major reasons of performance gap. Documenting and comparing current performance and expected one helps understanding the nature of the gaps, facilitating the design of measures to address them through a procedure analysis.
