| Program or process which enables to confirm that a product, service, system, process, material or even a learner conform to specific requirements. In the case of a learner the process is composed by a series of prescribed training and preview a final assessment with a recognized validity and an authentication. The certification process normally is carried out by an independent agent.[1] |
