Term is an acronym for What You See Is What You Get. The term is used in computing and it allows the user, during editing, to view the contents of a document, web page or slide presentation the way it will look as a finished product. It will allow the user to edit the presentation of the document and not its source. This software basically allows for the direct manipulation of the document without having to remember complex commands. [1]
