Simple function of following given instruction, accepting them without further reasoning about their motivation. Single-loop learning involves using knowledge to solve specific problems based on existing assumptions and focused on what has worked in the past, in order to create new insights. When organizations operate according to this kind of learning members are led to accept the existing rules, correcting deviations from them.
