Person who influences a group of people to move towards its goal setting or goal achievement.
In an organization or learning environment the leader's action refers to the human potential of the group, the leader's aim being to make the most of it. The leader brings people acting according to the organization’s best interests: he/she motivates, persuades and empowers them [1].
