DOUBLE-LOOP LEARNING |
Type of learning that is also called higher level or generative learning as it involves reflection and reasoning on the given materials or instructions to design and implement actions. In an organizational environment it occurs when in addition to detection and correction of errors, the organization is involved in the modification of existing norms, procedures, policies and objectives.
