This terms refers both to:
  1. Collection of work, usually drawn from learner work, in a learning environment.
  2. Group of projects and programmes carried out inside an organization. They can be managed at an organizational, programme or functional level.[1] See Also: Portfolio Assessment, Portfolio Management
