| Process which assists learners to prepare for their transition during the different steps of their career. Learners will be given opportunities to develop the tools, knowledge and networks necessary to achieve their career goals through mentoring relationship. This program aims to provide trainees with opportunities to develop network with employers and industries; a chance to enhance personal development and professional career goals; the opportunity to enhance future employability.[1] |
