Term2.png MUTUAL LEARNING
Approach to learning that makes communications more effective through a mutual involvement. It consists in interacting with people in order to get knowledge, by paying attention to their point of view and feelings. This method must be conceived in opposition to the unilateral control model: instead of trying to control the interaction, in the frame of mutual learning people should learn from each other and share their opinions, needs, and feelings in a transparent way.
