KNOWLEDGE ORGANIZATION |
Organization whose functions revolve around knowledge of workers and knowledge processes and in which people use systems and processes to generate, manage, share, use and transfer knowledge to support organizational goals, learning and adaptation. Such organization promotes the creating, sharing, and applying of knowledge among its workers and with its customer to achieve specific goals.[1] |
