stands for Really Simple Syndication and is part of the group of standardized formats used for web feed to post information that is constantly updated i.e. news headlines, blog entries, video and audio. This enables the reader to locate the content that was changed since the last visit without having to look through the entire website. [1] See also: Web Feed
