FISHBOWL |
Form of discussion in which participants form an inner circle where they discuss a topic while the remaining participants listen and observe. The method actively involves the participants because the content is partially determined by them. The purpose is to actively listen to the experiences and perspectives of a specific group of people, giving an opportunity for dialogue on a multicultural environment. Fishbowl also helps to observe group process and roles. [1] |
