| Network of individuals who are actively engaged in learning from and with each other. The group shares the same purpose, which can be used to build a group identity and cohesiveness. This can include sharing information, resources and opportunities. Other useful activities include mentoring, job-swaps, shadowing opportunities and work placements which may be difficult to set up individually. [1] |
