| Knowledge management technique in which knowledge is represented in linked documents and processed in a way that allows users to jump from a given topic, whenever they wish, to related topics. Rather than remaining static like traditional text, hypertext makes possible a dynamic organization of information through links and connections (called hyperlinks). [1] |
