Lessons learned is a technical term of project management or knowledge management. This definition refers to document records or grades in the systematic collection, which reviews experiences, developments, hints, mistakes and risks in projects. The results can be successful or unsuccessful. It is the conclusion of a project, to determine the final results or elements of the project learned from the learners.
