In an organization or learning environment the leader focuses on the human potential of the group, his/her aim being to make the most of it. The leader brings people acting according to the organization’s best interests: he/she motivates, persuades and empowers the other persons. The term is associated with leadership, the process based on the human aspects of the organization. [1]
