Is an action or activity model for reforming an unacceptable present state. It can also mean activities or actions that extent a favorable past. Programmes may be viewed as representing new methods or strategies for delivering a service or conducting professional action.[1] A programme may cut across activity sectors, themes or geographic areas and uses a multidisciplinary approach involving multiple actors.
