LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) |
Software that supports the guidance and management of learning process in e-learning. Its functions are to enable or limit access to course content, record and monitor the learning progress of individual learners, manage participant and tutor data. An LMS is typically designed to handle courses by multiple publishers and providers. It focuses on managing courses created by a variety of other sources.
