Instruction delivered over computer networks and displayed by a web browser, also called E-Learning or Web-Based learning. It is an instructional event that can be accessed via the Internet, anywhere, at any-time. There are two primary models of web-based training which are synchronous learning and asynchronous learning. The instruction can be delivered by a combination of static methods (learning portals, hyperlinked pages, screen cam tutorials, streaming audio/video, live Web broadcasts) and/or interactive methods (Threaded Discussion, chats, and video conferencing).
