KNOWLEDGE SHARING |
Individuals sharing organizational relevant information, ideas, suggestions, and expertise with one another. The knowledge shared by individuals could be explicit knowledge or tacit knowledge. It requires effort on the part of the individual doing the sharing. Knowledge sharing is a key component of knowledge management, and uses tools such as meetings, community of practice, databases, and types of online portals on the Internet. [1] |
