{{Term|CHANGE MANAGEMENT|Set of processes that are employed to ensure that significant changes are implemented to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. The term includes both organizational change management processes and individual change management models, which are used together to manage the people’s side of change.
