Together with human capital and customer capital it forms the intellectual capital which represents all of the enterprise’s intellectual property and intellectual property rights. It includes factors such as technology, practices, organizational structure, patents, copyrights, and so on. It is an organization’s captured knowledge such as good practices, processes, information systems, databases, hardware, software, organizational structure, patents, trademarks, and every organizational capability that supports employee’s productivity.[1] |
