Consequences of learning that are not easily measurable. They include the progress made in soft skills, such as the ability to work with others, problem solving or negotiation skills. They also include personal qualities, such as increased self-confidence, motivation and self-esteem. It is widely acknowledged that such skills and qualities are equally as important as ‘hard outcomes', which derives from hard skills and can be easier to measure.[1]
