| A participant’s guide helps learning organizations understand and make use of their dimensions of the learning results and select alternative practices to move toward desired change. A guide provides descriptions of potential problems that lead to low scores and offers suggestions and processes about activities that might be used to improve scores and create a stronger learning culture.
