It can be used to create a digital repository of learner’s work, made up of documents and artifacts displayed electronically. Learner can use it to demonstrate competence and reflect on their learning. It can also be used as a tool for a new form of assessment, that evaluates the outcomes of a course and can give elements to reflect on it. [1]
