Term2.png DATA VISUALIZATION
Graphical presentation of information, with the goal of providing the viewer with a qualitative understanding of the information contents. It uses interactive, sensory representations, typically visual, of abstract data to reinforce cognition, hypothesis building and reasoning. Also called scientific visualization. [1]
