Term2.png CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Set of processes that are employed to ensure that significant changes are implemented to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. The term includes both organizational change management processes and individual change management models, which are used together to manage the people’s side of change. To be effective and successful, change management entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation, and above all, consultation with and involvement of the people affected by the changes; they have to perceive the change as realistic, achievable and measurable.
