Term2.png SYSTEMS APPROACH
Technique employed for organizational decision making and problem solving. It uses systems analysis to examine the interdependency, interconnections, and interrelations of a system’s components. The purpose of the interactions is to bring inputs to the system, transform inputs into outputs and send the outputs to the system’s environment. The system recognizes that all the components are interrelated, so that a change in one component will bring about changes in the others. The system comprises departments of an organization which work together for an overall objective. [1]
