VALUE-ADDED |
Enhancement that learners achieve (to knowledge, skills abilities and other attributes) as a result of their education experience. Measuring value requires having assessments of learners’ development or attainments as they begin a course or program, and assessments of those same learners after they have had the full benefit of that course. Value added is the difference a course makes in their knowledge. [1] |
